1. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made through our official website only.
• Payment for tours must be completed in full at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include debit cards, credits cards from many countries.
• By completing your booking, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract and are over the age of 18 or have the consent of a parent/guardian. You also confirm that you own your own travel insurance to cover any issue during the tour with Dubai Insta Tour.

2. Tour Availability and Confirmation

• Tours are subject to availability. Once a booking is made, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the tour, time, and location.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or any other reasons beyond our control. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for detailed information about cancellations and refunds.
• Any changes to bookings should be requested at least 72 hours prior to the tour. Requests received after this period may not be accommodated.

4. Participant Responsibility

• Participants are expected to arrive at the designated meeting point on time. Late arrivals may result in missing the tour without a refund.
• Participants should follow all instructions provided by the tour guide for their safety and enjoyment.
• Dubai Insta Tour is not responsible for any personal belongings lost during the tour. We recommend that you secure your valuables.

5. Health and Safety

• You must inform us of any medical conditions or physical limitations at the time of booking that could affect your participation in the tour.
• Participants should be physically able to engage in the activities included in the tour. Dubai Insta Tour reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who, in the judgment of the tour guide, is not fit to participate in the tour.
• Participants confirm that they have their own travel health insurance in order to participate to the tour.

6. Changes to Terms

• Dubai Insta Tour reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and you will be asked to accept the new terms before proceeding with any further bookings.

7. Liability

• Dubai Insta Tour is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising out of your participation in the tour, unless caused by our negligence.
• We do not accept liability for any third-party services or activities not directly provided by us.

9. Governing Law
